I specialize in helping people with depression and with relationship issues, including codependency and the negative effects of having grown up in an alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional household. I use a variety of methods to help clients see themselves more realistically, improve their mood and self esteem, and learn new ways of interacting with others. I also help those who struggle with alcoholism and other chemical addictions to find the motivation and the confidence they need to start and maintain new, sober lives.
