About

I am licensed in Oklahoma with 21+ years of professional work experience. I have extensive experience working with women during the antepartum and postpartum period of pregnancy in a maternal health setting. In addition I have experience helping clients who are experiencing stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem and confidence as well as helping navigate life changes. I have experience working with women who are going through the adoption or foster care process as well as those working through the child welfare system.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.


My therapy style is warm and interactive. I will listen and work with you from where you are at, but still challenge you to make the life changes you are working towards. I will help you set goals and determine your boundaries that are necessary in your life that will help you be the healthy person you are striving to be. I do offer a lot of empathy and validation to all my clients so they feel seen and heard. I am here to help provide time and space for my client explore who they are and who they want to be. I work from a strength base model where I find their strengths a make them stronger. I also help them discover their weaknesses so I can help them develop strategies to grow and develop them into more of a strength.
