I have a passion for assisting and guiding people to live their best lives. While I use a variety of evidenced-based modalities to support clients in meeting their goals, I approach healing from a holistic perspective, incorporating one’s body, mind, heart, and soul on the journey towards greater freedom and peace. In addition to being a social worker and chemical dependency counselor, I am also an Ordained Ministerial Spiritual Counselor and a registered yoga teacher. I specialize in supporting people who struggle with substance misuse and/or mental health, as well as their families and loved ones. I also have a passion for supporting people to develop healthier and more harmonious relationships through improved communication utilizing Dr. Roseberg’s process of Nonviolent Communication, addressing unresolved emotional pain and grief, and increasing insight as to the ego and self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors.
