I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides therapy to individuals, couples and families. I am licensed in Illinois and Nevada and have over 25 years of experience. Taking care of you is priority, so reaching out for help, is part of self-care. Life brings many challenges and navigating through these challenges can be difficult and overwhelming. The focus of my work is dedicated to helping those navigate through life challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, grief/loss, relationship conflicts, and many other behavioral health related issues. Using Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the goal is to help with building self-esteem, improving problem-solving skills, and understanding healthy ways to manage stress, anxiety and depression.
