Asking for help is one of the bravest things a person can do. Vulnerability is an essential part of the therapeutic process, which I honor by providing a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space to explore innermost thoughts and feelings. My goal is to build a strong collaborative therapeutic relationship to address a client’s areas of concern and support personal growth.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from a marriage and family therapy program. Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of partnering with many adults, couples, and families who have dared to seek support to make positive changes in their lives. I have extensive experience with substance use and addictions, depression and mood disorders, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and family and relationship issues. My treatment approach includes cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and humanistic techniques.
