I am a licensed clinical therapist in North Carolina with 6 years of experience provided therapy, and 9 years experience in the human services field. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, motivation, self esteem and confidence, impulse control, & family conflicts/communication skills. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
