I am a Licenced Practicing Counselor licensed in the state of Colorado. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relational issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and crisis. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical, emotional, or sexual abuse.

My therapy style is person centered and interactive. I believe in treating all people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches. I will tailor our sessions and formulate a treatment plan that will meet your individual needs.
