Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of individuals. This experience has equipped me with a profound understanding of the challenges and barriers faced by differing individuals. I utilize an array of treatment approaches that include, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and motivational interviewing.
