Hello!
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Indiana. My approach in counseling is to create a client-centered, safe, and empathetic environment where each person can feel supported in their journey toward healing and growth. I try to meet everyone where they are to start moving toward their goals. It is a process that might take time, but I hope to join my clients in each step of the journey. I often work with individuals struggling with managing life adjustments, anxiety, depression, relationships, and/or finding their identity. I use a collaborative, trauma informed approach that combines techniques from psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I will adjust our contact and treatment plans to meet your unique needs to come alongside you in this process.
It can feel like an intimidating step to start counseling and I hope to support you in starting the process!
