Hi There!

My name is Jenna and I am a current Licensed Professional Counselor and Substance Abuse Counselor in Wisconsin. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, OCD and grief/loss. I have also helped many survivors of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive and I believe in treating everyone with respect, kindness and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy to meet you where you are at and guide you through current challenges in life. I am a firm believer in the power of self-compassion and self-love, and will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
