I am licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota with over 8 years in the field. I have worked with a wide range of clients including multi-occurring disorders, serious and persistent mental illnesses, substance use disorders, personality disorders, and forensic involved clients.

My style of therapy is empathetic and open. I believe in meeting people where they are at in their change process. My approach is a combination of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and humanistic approach. I believe highlighting everyone’s positive qualities is a great foundation to build from for client’s change process.

Change is a scary and difficult thing, but I am here to guide you through this process if you are ready to take that step. Maybe you are not even at the point of wanting to change, and this is okay I can work with that too! I’m excited to begin chatting with you about getting what you want out of therapy!
