Jenna Wolfson is a licensed clinical social worker with a focus on helping children, teens, and adults build skills to better cope with ongoing stressors and challenging emotions. Jenna incorporates evidence-based strategies such as CBT and DBT as well as relational client-centered frameworks into her practice, where she specializes in working with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Therapy is a collaborative process between two people; an opportunity to examine your life and relationships. My main goal is to help clients feel supported and connected as we build upon their unique strengths while also developing coping strategies to manage life stressors.
