Welcome!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in -helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self- esteem, and confidence, substance use, depression, & coping with life changes.

I believe in the power of planting seeds and promoting hope that people can change, grow, and heal. Humans are resilient beings that sometimes just need to know someone believes in them. I value viewing and treating the whole person through creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and present space. My combination of approaches includes aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive, person centered, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution focused approaches. I believe in fostering a collaborative therapeutic alliance.
