Now open them, what are the barriers that are keeping you from reaching your full potential? I want to help you determine those barriers, break them down and create goals that are realistic and manageable. Some of the barriers you may encounter that I would love to help you with are substance use, stressors, family difficultly, loneliness, fear of failure, feeling unprepared for the future or sadness. What is your approach to therapy? Respect, empathy, trust, confidence and motivation are some of the most pivotal parts of a dynamic therapeutic relationship. I want to be a part of your journey in attempting to understand and redeem your “failures”, shortcomings or what others see as character flaws and take them and learn to use them to better your future. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I wish I could work myself out of a Job, you will learn tools to be able to take with you on your journey through life.
