My name is Jeneba Young. I cater to African American millennial women who need assistance with tapping into their feminine energy. My approach I utilize several techniques when working with clients one of which is client-centered approach, this allows you to be the driver on this journey, while I am riding in the passenger seat helping you identify your truth from an objective lens. I routinely practice narrative technique, the idea is, I will help you create encouraging language with yourself, to embrace the best version of yourself and have fulfilling relationships with others. I also utilize mindfulness techniques to help center and ground my clients. My focus I am passionate about empowering African American millennial women navigate through relationship with themselves and others. I cater to women struggling with tapping into their feminine strength and inversely causing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions. If you are ready to awaken your natural feminine strength, embrace womanhood, and express their inner truths lets speak! My communication style Awakening the divine feminine strength and providing a space for women to embrace their inner truths unapologetically is my goal. Working with me will be a journey, full of self-exploration, self-talk, self-love, and self-truth. You will be in a judgement free zone and all of your truths will be accepted.
