I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Credential Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor. I have a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY. I have 10 years of experience counseling in a variety of settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction problems, career challenges, OCD, and Bipolar .
I enjoy helping individuals identify, and pursue their goals to ultimately help them with the journey we call life. My approach combines cognitive-behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy and rational-emotive therapy to assist individuals struggling with family, workplace, individual, and addiction issues/concerns. I use a person centered approach when it comes to therapy, and need your input and guidance on the goals that you want to work on. Each client, gets a customized treatment plan that will meet your needs, because after all, who better to know what you need from treatment, than you! My style will offer a warm, encouraging, empathetic approach to provide you a safe space to share your experiences and concerns.
