Hello, I'm Jendaya, a licensed clinical professional counselor working primarily in Northern Illinois. I'm trained to provide services using a strengths-based approach with using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Insight Oriented Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy. While focusing on your goals, I can offer a sense of warmth through online conversation and collaboration. Through my time in community work and private practice for over 7 years, I've had the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan and a variety of concerns, and I look forward to being able to walk with you as we address the challenges you may face.
