Hi, it's so nice to meet you. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience working as a psychotherapist, continuing education provider, professor and children's media consultant. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, postpartum anxiety/OCD, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who just need extra support during a change-of-life moment.

My counseling style is positive and results-driven. I believe in building on a foundation of trust and respect while adding tools to your emotional tool-box. I like to think of my approach as "spiraling up". I will work with you as an individual and not in a one-size-fits-all modality. I often use a combination of cognitive-behavioral interventions, positive psychology, mindfulness and listening in a supportive, non-judgemental manner.
