Hello and welcome to my practice. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida with over 20 years of experience. I work with Clients who bring a range of goals to therapy including, and not limited to, relationship issues, career challenges and mid-career changes as well as anxiety and depression.
I work with Clients as their GPS, the Client sets the goal of therapy and I am their guide. I work with the Client toward achieving what they want in life and career. I consider my style to be warm and empathetic. I listen carefully, ask questions and make observations. My therapeutic approach is considered eclectic and can include cognitive-behavioral, dialectic behavioral, humanistic-existential and other therapeutic concepts depending upon the Client and their therapy goal.
