Hi, I'm Dr. Jeffrey Sundberg, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MHC) with over 20-years of professional clinical experience. I have successfully helped clients reach their goals with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationships, assertive communication, anger management, self-esteem, career fulfillment, and more. My therapy approach is Humanistic Psychology, a person-centered approach where you are the expert on your life and I offer professional solutions and guidance. We will work collaboratively to discover, establish, and maintain your wellness.

in 2015, I obtained a doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology (PhD), which weaves spiritual-metaphysical perspectives with traditional cognitive-behavioral therapy to better understand changes in "self identity" and "world view" perspectives. I am passionate about research and have started a nonprofit company dedicated to finding new transpersonal methods for achieving wellness.

Personally, I like to keep a fit body, mind, and spirit, and often explore new ways to keep things interesting, such as listening to healing sound frequencies and guided meditations.
