About

I am a licensed mental health counselor since 2003 and have been working with individuals and couples with a variety of disorders including ,but not limited to depression, anxiety, self esteem, relationships, trauma and substance abuse for over 28 years. I have a gentle, yet directive approach in working with people, understanding we are all different, have different needs, as well as are in different places in our lives. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, gentle reprocessing and other mindfulness techniques to assist individuals toward gaining greater insight, awareness and coping skills to navigate through difficulties and challenges that may be present.
