I have been in mental health for the last 13 years and licensed as a therapist since 2014. I have worked with children, teenagers and adults from ages 4-70. I tend to use a variety of modes of therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and other techniques including motivational interviewing.
I have worked with people with a variety of problems such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, family issues, health issues and trauma such as PTSD. I like to give my clients a lot of suggestions and then we work together to find techniques that help you and individualize treatment
