About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Oregon with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of life struggles including affective disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, personality issues, neuro-cognitive disorders, and adjusting to life stressors. I also have helped individuals who experience disabilities as well as men who are working on integrated sexual identity.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe a supportive therapeutic relationship is based on respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I have a psychodynamic orientation and employ approaches from trauma informed cognitive-behavioral therapy, brief solution focused psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and assertive community treatment. We will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs with specific goals and outcomes.
