Hi there, I'm Jefferson! Hello, my name is Jefferson Rogers I have over 25 years of experience working in the field. I employ a strength-based approach, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy. I have experience working with first responders. I am straightforward with clients, while also being understanding in order to challenge them to achieve their goals. My journey to mental healthcare I had always wanted to be a therapist as I have enjoyed helping people since I was young. I felt like being a therapist was a good match for my personality. I truly enjoy working as a therapist. My goals for you I speak to clients about their goals and during the course of treatment discuss goals again to see if they have changed and evaluate the progress.
