Counseling is a balance between a desire for a meaningful life shift and a level of vulnerability. My primary role as a professional counselor is to respect this balance and fully honor the responsible privilege I have to be part of the essential journey from the current story to the desired story. Over the last twenty years (11 as a trained professional counselor) I have been privileged to partner with several hundred clients of all ages to release something infinitely valuable and vibrant hidden under the shadows of difficult challenges. I use professional methods with neuroscience to develop consistent shifts.
