Familial conflict, depression, and anxiety are experiences that we have all shared at one point. We often feel unprepared and overwhelmed when we come face to face with these situations, but when you’re at the end of your rope, do you have people to turn to who will support you? It has become increasingly more common for people to have few supports to rely on when troubles come, but you don’t have to face these problems alone. I understand it can be difficult and daunting to look for the right therapist. I am a strong believer in therapist client connection. As a therapist, I strive to meet my clients where ever they are in their process. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Therapy but often take an adaptive approach to best meet my client’s needs. I’ve worked in community mental health, the foster care system, private practice with families, in schools, and in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospital settings. I specialize in familial and relational conflict, depression, anxiety, and issues related to Asian American identity.
