My name is Jeannie Meyers and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have experience in counseling, case management, and worked with a variety of populations. I have over 10 years experience working in the mental health field. I treated clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, stress management, and life transitions. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) techniques with clients. I want to help clients develop insight, awareness, and clarity on their issues. Let's work together to work towards a better you!
