Welcome. My name is Jenny and I have been working with clients for over 20 years with my Masters in Clinical Social Work. I have a wide range of experience in working with clients to improve their quality of life. I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, coping with grief, working on mindfulness, improving self esteem and coping with the stress of everyday life.

My style is client centered, allowing you to take charge of where you need support and helping in identifying solutions to cope more effectively. I believe cognitive behavioral therapy is effective, meaning that sometimes we have thoughts that may be distorted and we need to look at if those thoughts are true to us. It is exciting to learn new ways of viewing our selves, changing our thought patterns and being true to who we really are. I will help you to see your strengths and increase your coping skills to deal with the challenges life can throw at us. I have a non- judgmental supportive approach believing that each of us is deserving of finding our path and the self confidence in living our truth. I look forward to working together with you in overcoming what is hindering personal growth and happiness.
