I am a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor and a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am also a National Certified Counselor. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rollins College. I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University and an MBA from the University of North Alabama. I have worked in a variety of mental health and addiction treatment program settings that specialize in children, adolescents, adults, the Military, and Veterans. I believe you are the expert on your life and my goal is to help you identify what is getting in the way of you living a healthy, happy, and fully functioning life. During the therapy process using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I help you discover your strengths, build a support system, and develop positive and effective ways to manage daily stressors, triggers, depression, mood disorders, and anxiety.
