Thank you for taking this brave step in improving your mental health and well-being. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and work as a mental health counselor and social worker. I work with clients to address a wide range of challenges including addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. I work with individuals, couples parents, and adolescents on various other issues which we face in our daily lives. One of the most difficult steps is for a person to ask for help which takes immense courage and mindfulness. I believe that each person is an expert on their own life, and I hope that my work with you will assist you with answers to the problems that you encounter and will help you develop healthy coping skills that you can use throughout your entire life. I provide a safe and empathetic space, where my approach in working with you will be humanistic oriented, person-centered, and strength-based and will be tailored to meet your individual needs.
