Hello! My name is Jeannette and I am an LPC in Pennsylvania and an LCPC in Kansas. I began my career as a high school teacher with dreams of becoming a school counselor. After getting married and having a family, I pursued a Master's degree in mental health counseling. For the last 4 years, I worked as an outpatient therapist where I provided services for children, adolescents, and adults. I worked with mental health and substance abuse issues.

I would describe my counseling style as warm and person-centered. I have a strong background in CBT as well as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I am also not afraid to be direct with my clients if it is necessary.

I believe that all of my clients are more courageous than they give themselves credit for as it takes a lot of strength to ask a complete stranger for help. If you are ready to take that next step I hope we can connect and develop a healthy lifestyle for you.
