I am a licensed clinical social worker with 6 years of experience working with individuals of all ages. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, life changes, and self-esteem issues.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect and without judgment. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution focused modalities. You and I will work together to create a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I check my messages, periodically, and respond as quickly as possible. I most likely will not respond to messages on the weekends. Live sessions are available through video or phone and take place in 50 minute increments. Live chat sessions are also available to allow for immediate responses back and forth to prevent you from waiting for my response throughout the day. These are also in time intervals of 50 minutes.
