I have been therapist for 20 years. I feel it is an honor to have someone reach out with their personal lives and ask me to join them in finding solutions. It is very brave to ask for help from someone you have never met. I will treat you with respect and warmth.

My clients refer their friends and families to me because they know I care. They know I am safe. They also know I will help them find another therapist if I am not the right fit. The therapist-client alliance is the most important aspect of counseling.

My therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavior therapy,, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy and Gottman based marriage therapy.

I believe it is never to late to find happiness and peace on this life. The human spirit is extremely resilient.
