I am, Jeanne Wilcox, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in California with 14 years of professional work experience. My clients include individuals, couples, families & groups. I have experience working with clients with depression, stress and anxiety, trauma & abuse, and anger management. I also have experience working with motivation, self-esteem & confidence, relationship issues, parenting issues, coping with grief & loss and family conflicts. Treatment modalities I frequently use are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I also want you to know that I am here for you! I offer a safe environment where you will be treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Together we can work to uncover and discover your best self. The therapeutic process will guide you on your journey to work through emotional pain and trauma and open your world view and expand your choices and opportunities during life transitions.
