About

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas for over 20 years. I live in Kansas on a farm with my husband. I am a blessed mother of five children and my family and I have hosted several exchange students over the years from several countries. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and codependency related problems. I combine the treatment approaches of Client-Centered (Non-judgemental), Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Positive Psychology therapy models in my direct services with clients. I also have experience with military related lifestyle problems and experience with the Veteran population. I enjoy helping individuals develop insight to assist them in developing coping skills and solutions to their everyday problems. I look forward to working with you!
