Hello, my name is Jeannie Morrow. Do you often feel weighted down by feelings of anxiety or depression? Together, we can work on strategies that allow you to make significant changes and discover your strengths and abilities.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I have over twenty years experience working with individuals, families and couples in a variety of settings. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.

I am compassionate in my counseling approach helping both young and mature adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression and grief. I believe that an important part of counseling is learning new coping skills to help you navigate through life’s problems. I am skilled at helping you find healthier ways to communicate and improve your relationships. I am experienced working with students and adults in transition with school, jobs and their careers.

I will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, Rational Emotive Therapy (REBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), tailored to meet your needs. My role as your therapist is to support, encourage, and guide you to your own self discoveries by helping you to identify your core problems, set and work on obtainable goals.
