Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work with over thirty years experience in various settings. To name a few, Private Practice, the schools and now with military members and their families. My utmost goal is to focus on you wholly and determine how I can help you have a better quality life. I am warm and compassionate and use a psychodynamic and Jungian approach. I view a person in the context of their experience and the roles in which they function . I am extremely non judgmental. I honor your life and your preferences. I don't view behavior as good or bad. There are only experiences and lessons. I keep an open mind, so if you have a certain technique you wish to try, we will work together to make it happen. Most of my life's work is walking people through grief, loss and trauma.
