I am licensed in New York with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with LGBTQIA+ related issues, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, & anger management. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have a laid back, genuine approach to counseling that usually makes people more comfortable. Counseling is not rocket science, it is a discussion and the building of options to create change.
