I integrate modalities to facilitate a collaborative space to help you get unstuck, break repetitive patterns and overcome your struggles towards a more fulfilling life. I will help you to gain insight, relate past to present while learning skills through practices that have proven to be effective. I have helped clients overcome panic resolve trauma, improve relationships and find meaning after loss. I have more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field with training at the doctoral and master's levels. My purpose is to create a safe and transformative space based on therapy modalities focused on skills learning, insight, and emotional processing. I am trained and worked in Brazil as well as in the US in a variety of mental health programs from schools, correction, hospitals and private practice. I provide therapy in English and Portuguese.
