I am licensed in Arizona with 15 years of professional work experience and a certified life coach. I have experience helping clients coping with substance and behavioral addictions; relationship issues; sexuality, sexual orientation, and gender identity concerns; mood challenges; anxiety and stress; self esteem, and confidence. I have 10 years experience working with active duty military members and their families. Additionally, I enjoy working with men and men's issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I have prior experience in engineering so my approach typically involves the engineering practice of analyzing maladaptive patterns and working with your to implement healthier patterns.
