I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist with 20 years of clinical experience, working in a wide variety of clinical settings including outpatient private practice. My therapy style is dynamic, interactive, and focused on assisting clients collaboratively reach their goals and find solutions to life's challenges. I believe in establishing a solid, respectful, empathic long-term relationship with my clients. With the right support and tools, I know and believe that people can and do feel better! My clinical focus is on working with Women who are struggling with Trauma, Divorce, Substance Abuse, Relationship issues, Parenting issues, Eating Disorders, Life Transitions, Self-Injury, Emotional Dysregulation, ADHD, Complex Grief, Depression and Anxiety. I have training in DBT, CBT, and ACT and my style is open, supportive empathic and direct. I meet clients where they currently are on their journey and work to fully understand how I can help.
