I am licensed in North Carolina with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma, history of abuse, and depression. I have provided community based therapy in clients’ homes, telehealth, and outpatient clinics. My clients have enjoyed engaging in therapy in many different settings, telehealth therapy allows you to get the help you need anywhere you feel comfortable.
I use various forms of therapy but I’m passionate about solution focused brief therapy and person centered treatment.
I have had the opportunity to travel and experience the way various cultures perceive and address mental health. I treat all of my clients with respect, dignity, and compassion.
