About

I am a licensed professional counselor who has experience in working with families, adults, and couples. My expertise are working with clients struggling with relational issues, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I believes that clients are the expert of their own lives and has an integrative approach to therapy with an emphasis on strength based, solution-focused, and client-centered therapy. I will work with clients to explore family and individual characteristics and dynamics to gain perspective and self-awareness. I also believes in empathetically listening and working together to tackle problems of life together to gain a healthier way of living.
