About

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Ohio with over 8 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, substance abuse, PTSD, and anger. I also helped many people who have experienced multicultural issues, and sexual behavior issues.

My therapy style is educational, empathetic, non judgmental, and solution focused. I believe in treating anyone with respect, and dignity. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, Reality therapy, and Trauma-focused Cognitive behavioral therapy along with cognitive processing therapy. I am adaptable and and will adjust our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
