As a solution focused therapist I often use creative means of delivery as I strongly believe therapy isn’t one size fits all. I worked in the child welfare field for 10 years and have extensive experience with family struggles, child and adolescent trauma, relationship problems and the depression, anxiety, and PTSD that can come along with it. I work with my clients to discover long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding the client back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I am committed to helping my clients help themselves.
