I believe in being real and transparent.I can promise you that I am as real as it gets! Therapy is about building trust, connecting, and experiencing each other as real people! I utilize a collaborative approach that is both effective and comfortable. When exploring the past and traumatic events I find a balance between acceptance and change to ensure safe and productive outcomes. I've been an LPC for about a hour but a therapist for 5 yrs. I specialize in adolescents, families, and young adults struggling with trauma, addiction and mood disorders. In my practice I develop an authentic therapeutic relationship, while providing a safe and nurturing environment to ensure your goals are met and to make sure you are comfortable.
