I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I have 24 years of experience in the field working with adults and adolescents in various phases of life, individually and in groups. I have also worked with members of the LGBTQ community. I am a proud alumni of The University of Florida with degrees in English, Psychology and Rehabilitation Counseling. I am also a spirited member of The Gator Nation. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings encompassing a wide range of mental health disorders, life events and stressors, personality and behavioral issues. I am also a Board approved Qualified Clinical Supervisor.
I try to practice a mindful, accepting lifestyle and spend many spare hours in nature marveling at all the miracles that surround us each day. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
