I have held a Licensed Professional Certified Counselor certification in Kentucky since 2001. I am a retired educator with a combined experience of 27 years as a mental health therapist, classroom teacher, and school counselor. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & depression. I believe that you are the author of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
