About

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (LMFT) and I have been working in a counseling field since 2015. I have experience conducting individual and group therapy, in-office and online, both residential and outpatient settings. I have experience working with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting issues. I am currently employed in the custody setting and work on the crisis unit evaluating clients that are feeling suicidal and/or facing major life stressors.

I mostly tend to draw from the person-centered approach when in a therapeutic relationship with my clients. I believe the that the beyond the different theories, the relationship between the client and the therapist makes the difference in success.

In my work with clients, I use some leading psychological modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
