About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana with 20 years of experience in the field. I have worked with clients with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, panic disorder, grief/loss, anger, adolescents, empath issues, and addictions. I also help people work through past traumas as well and recognize their strengths.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in a cognitive behavioral approach with a personal touch including person centered therapy. I also understand family dynamics and how past experiences shape our perceptions now. I also enjoy doing relaxation/guided imagery/hypnosis to help with anxiety and letting go.

I wish to see others be able to find themselves again and learn new ways to deal with life difficulties and challenges. I believe in helping you become a better version of yourself!
